Kenrik Industries closes securities trading window for insiders ahead of results release

Kenrik Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for its securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to consider the results to be announced later.
