Alivira Animal Health acquires BioForLife Italia for EUR 15 million, completing a deal on October 1

Viyash Scientific Limited, formerly Sequent Scientific Limited, announced that its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, Alivira Animal Health Limited, Ireland, has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of BioForLife Italia S.r.l., Milan, Italy, on October 1, 2026, as per a Sale and Purchase Agreement dated July 21, 2026; the transaction included a base purchase consideration of EUR 15.0 million and a deferred consideration of EUR 1.976 million, payable subject to adjustments.
