Kiaasa Retail closes trading window for insiders ahead of September 2026 results

Kiaasa Retail Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
