Swojas Foods Limited, formerly known as Swojas Energy Foods Limited, confirmed that certificates of equity shares received for dematerialization were mutilated and cancelled after due verification for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, as certified by Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd.
