Lalithaa Jewellery Mart Limited announced that Lalithaa Jewellery (M) SDN. BHD. has allotted 72,89,100 shares to Lalithaa Jewellery Mart Limited, resulting in Lalithaa Jewellery (M) SDN. BHD. becoming a subsidiary of Lalithaa Jewellery Mart Limited, effective October 28, 2026. The acquisition, valued at MYR 72,89,100, represents a 91% stake in the Malaysian entity, which is involved in gold, diamond, and silver retailing and wholesaling and is intended to expand Lalithaa Jewellery Mart Limited’s international business presence.
