D & H India Limited announced that its members approved the re-appointment of Mr. Saurabh Vora (DIN: 02750484) as Whole-time Director for a further period of 3 years effective October 1, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mr. Harsh Vora (DIN: 00149287) as Chairman and Managing Director for a further period of 3 years, also effective October 1, 2026, at the company’s 41st Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026.
