VIP Industries Limited announced the allotment of 1695 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 2 each following the exercise of Employee Stock Appreciation Rights under the VIP Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Plan, 2018, increasing the company's equity base from 14,20,53,696 to 14,20,55,391 shares.
