Rachit Prints Limited said its members approved the change in designation of Siddharth Gupta from Additional Director to Director (Independent Director), effective May 25, 2026, for a term up to five years. The company also re-appointed M/s Lal Ghai & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive years, commencing from Financial Year 2026-27 to 2030-31, at its annual general meeting held September 30, 2026.
