Aashka Hospitals Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that securities received for dematerialisation were processed within the stipulated time limit and that Accurate Securities & Registry Private Limited, the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), has substituted the name of the depository(ies) in the security holder's list.
