Seamec Limited will restrict trading for insiders following financial results release

SEAMEC LIMITED informed the BSE and NSE that it will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration and dissemination of the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
