Eastern Silk Industries closes trading window ahead of financial results release

Eastern Silk Industries Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited that the trading window for sale/purchase or dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015.
