P H Capital Limited appoints Shrusti Barlota, approves bonus shares, and forms three subsidiaries

P H Capital Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Shrusti Barlota as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective October 8, 2026. The company also approved the allotment of 3,00,01,000 bonus equity shares in the proportion of 10 shares for every one existing share, increasing its paid-up equity share capital from Rs 3,00,01,000 to Rs 33,00,11,000. Additionally, the Board approved the incorporation of three wholly-owned subsidiaries in India: AHB Advisors Private Limited, StrategicAlpha Research Platforms Private Limited, and Strategic Alpha Asset Management Private Limited, with potential investments up to Rs 1,00,000, Rs 15,00,000, and Rs 7,00,00,000 respectively.
