Ravindra Energy Limited announced that shareholders at the company's 46th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Shantanu Lath as Whole-Time Director and Chief Executive Officer for a further term of 3 years with effect from August 11, 2026.
