DMR Engineering Limited formed a 51% subsidiary, DMR BALAJI JV, for infrastructure projects

DMR Engineering Limited, formerly DMR Hydroengineering and Infrastructures Limited, announced the incorporation of a new subsidiary, DMR BALAJI JV PRIVATE LIMITED, on September 28, 2026, in which DMR Engineering Limited holds a 51% shareholding, resulting in the new entity becoming a subsidiary of the company. DMR BALAJI JV PRIVATE LIMITED has an authorized capital of Rs 15,00,000 divided into 1,50,000 shares of Rs 10 each, with a paid-up share capital of Rs 1,00,000 divided into 10,000 shares of Rs 10 each, and will focus on construction and execution of civil engineering and infrastructure works.
