Simandhar Impex shareholders approved changes to enable broader business activities, BSE reported

Simandhar Impex Limited informed the BSE that its shareholders approved alterations to the company’s Memorandum of Association at the 3rd Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026, including the insertion of additional Main and Ancillary Object Clauses to enable a wider range of business activities such as trading, import, export, manufacturing, and logistics, as well as to act as an Operating-cum-Holding Company. The company also adopted a new set of Articles of Association in substitution for the existing ones, aligning the constitutional documents with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations.
