Ardi Alliances Limited, formerly known as Ardi Investment and Trading Co Limited, will close its trading window for designated employees and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
