Gujarat Energy Limited shareholders approved financials and declared Rs 835 crore dividend

Gujarat Energy Limited, formerly Gujarat Gas Limited, held its 14th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, via video conference, during which shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and declared a dividend of Rs 8.90 per equity share, totaling Rs 835.02 crore on 93.82 million shares. Shareholders also re-appointed Dr. T. Natarajan as a director and ratified the remuneration of M/s. Kailash Sankhlecha & Associates as Cost Auditors for the fiscal year 2026-27 at a fee of Rs 140,000 plus applicable taxes.
