Purple Agrotech seeks name change to Zenara Industries, pending Registrar approval

Purple Agrotech Industries Limited, formerly known as Purple Entertainment Limited, informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on October 27, 2026, that its board of directors approved filing an application with the Registrar of Companies for name reservation to change the company’s name to “Zenara Industries Limited” or another available and approved name by the Central Registration Centre (MCA).
