Chalet Hotels Limited issued Rs 100 crore in commercial paper with a maturity in December

Chalet Hotels Limited announced that it has completed the issuance of 2,000 Listed, Rated, Taxable, Transferable Commercial Paper (CPs) aggregating to Rs 100 crore on a private placement basis, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on September 29, 2026. The CPs, rated CRISIL A 1+ by CRISIL Ratings Limited, carry a fixed coupon rate of 6.60% and will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market (WDM) Segment of BSE Limited, with a maturity date of December 24, 2026.
