Norfolk Technology Services secures NCLT approval for Jatalia Global Ventures resolution plan

Jatalia Global Ventures Limited informed the BSE Limited that the National Company Law Tribunal approved a resolution plan submitted by Norfolk Technology Services Limited, leading to the appointment of Baljit Singh, Honey Baljit Singh, and Upveen Harpal as directors, effective September 8, 2026. Subsequently, the board recorded the cessation of directors Ajay, Yogender, and Narender, effective July 9, 2026, and appointed Manshi Gandhi as Whole Time Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective September 24, 2026.
