Cosmo First Limited closes trading window for designated persons starting October 1, 2026

Cosmo First Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for its designated persons will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, become generally available, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s code.
