Cosmo First confirms share dematerialization compliance with Alankit Assignments for Q3 2026

Cosmo First Limited, formerly Cosmo Films Ltd, reported that Alankit Assignments Limited, its registrar and share transfer agent, has certified that physical share certificates received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
