VAHH Chemicals Limited will close its trading window for directors, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
