Kalyani Investment Company closes securities trading window for designated individuals

Kalyani Investment Company Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons and connected persons, including their immediate relatives, from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
