Endurance Technologies Limited announced that Endurance Overseas SpA, a wholly owned subsidiary, has executed an amendment agreement to acquire the remaining 32% equity stake in Stöferle Automotive GmbH and Stöferle GmbH, Germany, for a cash consideration of €18 million (Euro Eighteen million), accelerating a previously planned acquisition over four financial years. The acquisition, which brings Endurance’s ownership of the Stöferle entities to 100%, is considered a related party transaction and was undertaken on an arm’s length basis, with Stöferle Automotive GmbH reporting a turnover of €76.4 million and Stöferle GmbH reporting a turnover of €16.9 million for the year ended March 31, 2026.
