Satani and Deccan Bearings confirm securities dematerialization compliance filings with the BSE

Satani Bearings Limited submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended and half yearly ended September 30, 2026, as received from Purva Sharegistry Private Limited. Deccan Bearing Limited also confirmed, in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, that securities received from depository participants for dematerialisation between July 1, 2026 and September 30, 2026, were confirmed and that the certificates were mutilated and cancelled.
