Khyati Global Ventures will halt trading for insiders following financial results release

Khyati Global Ventures Limited, formerly known as Khyati Advisory Services Limited, will close its trading window for directors, officers, and designated employees, and their immediate relatives, from October 1, 2026, until forty-eight hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019 -20 and SEBI regulations.
