Afloat Enterprises Limited, formerly Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited, announced the appointment of Indrajeet Pradhan, Mohit Lochan, and Ritika Bachhawat as directors, effective September 3, 2026. The appointments were approved by shareholders at the company’s 11th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. Each director will serve a five-year term and were appointed in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
