IMPERA WORLDWIDE LIMITED, formerly known as Rishab Special Yarns Limited, will close its trading window for all designated persons, connected persons, directors, promoters and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, as per SEBI regulations and company policy.
