Maharashtra Seamless restricts trading for insiders ahead of September 2026 results

Maharashtra Seamless Limited will close its trading window for designated persons starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, with the board meeting date to be announced later.
