Silver Pearl Hospitality closes trading window following SEBI regulations in late 2026

Silver Pearl Hospitality & Luxury Spaces Ltd. will commence a trading window closure period from October 1, 2026, and it will end 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the first half year ended September 30, 2026, for the financial year ending March 31, 2027, in accordance with SEBI (Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018.
