Sunita Tools Limited, formerly known as Sunita Tools Private Limited, submitted a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, received from Kfin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, and confirmed that details of dematerialized/rematerialized securities have been furnished to stock exchanges where the company is listed.
