Kalyan Capitals Limited announced that its 42nd Annual General Meeting, held on September 28, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. SVP & Associates as the company's Statutory Auditors for a term of five years, commencing September 28, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Kumar Malik as a director. The meeting also appointed Ms. Sandhya Kohli as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, starting June 23, 2026.
