India Finsec Limited will close its trading window for directors, promoters, and designated persons, and their immediate relatives, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
