Aris International Limited closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Aris International Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
