Vashu Bhagnani Industries Limited, formerly known as Pooja Entertainment and Films Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons, immediate relatives, and connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, are announced, in compliance with SEBI’s insider trading regulations.
