VSF Projects confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for dematerialization of securities

VSF PROJECTS LIMITED informed the BSE that it has received a certificate from Aarthi Consultants Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, pertaining to dematerialization of securities from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
