Nova Iron and Steel schedules AGM for October 30, 2026, with director and auditor reappointment

Nova Iron and Steel Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved the notice for the 34th Annual General Meeting to be held on October 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), the re-appointment of Mr. Hardev Chand Verma as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, and the reappointment of M/s J.K. Kabra & Company as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, subject to shareholder ratification.
