One 97 Communications Limited granted equity shares to employees via stock option scheme

One 97 Communications Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 4,99,877 equity shares to eligible employees through the exercise of vested options under the One 97 Employees Stock Option Scheme 2019, increasing the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 64,16,07,824 consisting of 64,16,07,824 equity shares to Rs 64,21,07,701 consisting of 64,21,07,701 equity shares.
