Khyati Multimedia shareholders approved financials and reappointed Kartik Patel as director

Khyati Multimedia - Entertainment Ltd. convened its 32nd Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with 38 members present in person or by proxy. Shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and reappointed Kartik Jasubhai Patel as a director. The company also approved the reappointment of M/s. MAAK And Associates as statutory auditors for four years from 2026-27 to 2029-30 and granted an omnibus approval for related party transactions.
