R & A Associates, Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. M/s. R & A Associates, headquartered in Hyderabad, was previously the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2025-26 and brings over 200 man-years of collective experience in corporate compliance.
