SRG Fingrow Finance Limited, formerly known as S R G Securities Finance Ltd., will close its trading window for securities dealings from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of its audited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with its “Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct” and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015.
