Mahamaya Lifesciences closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Mahamaya Lifesciences Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the half year ended September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to consider and approve the results to be announced later.
