Goel Construction shares trading will halt before and after financial results release

Goel Construction Company Limited will close its trading window for company shares from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the company said in a filing to the BSE Limited.
