Sword-Edge Commercials closes share trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Sword-Edge Commercials Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's shares will be closed for directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company's code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
