Sanrhea Technologies closes trading window ahead of financial results board meeting

Sanrhea Technologies Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it is closing its trading window starting October 1, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen it following the conclusion of a board meeting to consider financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
