PVR INOX closes trading window ahead of second quarter financial results release

PVR INOX Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window will remain closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, are declared by the Board of Directors, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
