Viyash Scientific will halt trading for insiders following the September 2026 results

Viyash Scientific Limited, formerly known as Sequent Scientific Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
