Aye Finance Limited, formerly known as Aye Finance Private Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter and year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
