Dalmia Bharat Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it will close its trading window for securities transactions for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, and will reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
